after I run ad-aware se personal, It quarentines, but then during the deleting part it freezes. I think it might be too much to delete all at one time but I don't know how do a smaller amount, if I select part of them, it will go throught the whole thing. But then the rest are not there to finish. It is just ended. How do I delete smaller amount of things at a time.

Try stopping the scan after the first few items have been detected and dealing with those.

Then repeat until the scan has run all the way through.

thanks for answering, I will give it a try. I have been going crazy, cause i really want to try to keep my computer cleaned up. My husband seem to get alot of garbage from his time online.
