Hello nmsaggie
Sounds like you may have run into something new not in detection yet. Let's do some diagnostics on your system so I can take a closer look.
* Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijac.../HJTInstall.exeDoubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Don't run it yet. Just close the program and move on to the next step below.
Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe * Close all other windows before proceeding.
* Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
* When it has finished, DSS will open two Notepad files:
main.txt and
extra.txt * Use Save As to save both Notepad files to your Desktop and post them in your next reply.
Note:A copy of these files can be found in your root drive, usually C:\Deckard\System Scanner\
