AA 2007 is one of the buggiest pieces of software I've ever encountered. This huge bloated program still can't update, and it takes forever to run....a far cry from SE, which was really simple and efficient. I decided to uninstall 2007 and go back to SE, but it turns out the uninstaller doesn't work either. It clears out a few icons, but leaves the main folder in Program Files behind, and requires scrubbing the registry to get rid of all the remnants (eg, Services). Other people are reporting the same problem in other forums.

I was giving consideration to moving to the paid version, but no more. If update support for SE (via an around-the-barn technique) ceases, I'll be going to SpyBot S&D. Lavasoft, you really blew this one.
