I just installed the free version this evening. The scan seemed to run fine. When I selected all the tracking cookies to be removed, I got a pop up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or run into this?

The original glitch that caused that error was fixed way back last July.

Nowadays, that error is most commonly associated with an infection that has attacked the Ad-Aware program itself to evade removal. This isn't definite but it would be best to have a malware expert check it out.
