Hi

Yesterday I paid to upgrade my free copy of AdAware 2007 to the plus version as I wanted the real time protection that AdWatch offers. However when I try to start AdWatch it starts to count 'total events' then after a few seconds it stops and Windows throws up a 'Adwatch has encountered a problem and needs to close error.

I have Norton Internet Security running and disabled it but still the error occurs every time.

I have no other protection software on my laptop that may cause interference.

As I have a paid license I tried logging onto the Support Center but when I've entered my email & password it throws up a page with 'parse error, syntax error' on it, so I'm getting nowhere! Please help!
