I purchased an item from FTD and was to receive a free year of 2007 Ad-ware Pro. I downloaded the program (free copy) I received a registration Number via e-mail. I entered the number into the registration window. I get a error message number not valid ??? I have also requesters pass word and it to when entered says invalid? I can't access the Lava soft help center.
