Hello!,

I'm using the latest version of Ad-Watch 2007, (love the new interface!), and have a question...

When I restart my computer and Ad-Watch loads I see that it registers a number of RegShield events under the Statistic box on the right but I have no idea what this means!

Is this good, bad, normal or nothing to worry about????

Hi Lori,

Simple, everyday actions/tasks make constant small changes to the Registry - simply navigating around the net will cause changes from your browser.

Please open AAW 2007, click on the Help File (the ? symbol) and read the section on Ad-Watch (a sub-section of "using Ad-Aware 2007").

I personally have "Use rules in User List" selected - I only receive a pop-up notification when a program or module has changed (after downloading an update, for example). That way, my Event Log stays small or non-existent.
