Our company has over 200 sales reps throughout the US. All of a sudden our tech support calls have consumed our resources 95% of our time over the last 2 weeks re: ad-aware 2007. We were happy with the se edition, paid & unpaid. Calamityjane was always helpful in resolving issues however 85% of our reps have had problems in January and February 2008. We tried all of suggestions on the forums from disabling everything Norton Liveone etc. Too many uninstalls and reloads also. We have no problems with other security SW.

After an emergency IT board meeting we decided to tell our sales reps to unstall ad-aware 2007 country wide. We noticed these are issues that many of us are experiencing. One of the other forum members mentioned a program called "Threatfire" by PCTools FREE. A company that has been around since the IBM PC was introduced in 1981. We rolled it out to over 100 reps and all problems have disappeared. Salesreps are very happy. Hopefully Lavasoft can get theses issues fixed.
