Hi,

I have been using Ad-Aware SE for quite some time now and always have been a satisfied customer.
Due to circumstances, I have not used my computer for quite a while (about 3 months) and when I rebooted it I wanted to bring in the updates for the Ad-Awares SE.
Unfortunately I keep getting the message: "Error during update" (see attachment).

My current version information is:
Installed definitions file: SE1R201 05.11.2007
Installed core application: 1.06r1 Personal

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
I checked the internetconnection of course, and that is working properly.

Se Personal has expired at 12.31.07.
Feel free to test the new Ad-Aware 2007 free ( lavasoft.com )**.
If you need further advise please start a new threat in 'General Support'
I'll move and close this SE threat.

** Btw, make sure that all SE traces are wiped out of your system before installing the new.
