Just got my Desktop back with a hew hard drive after a heartbreaking crash. It keeps telling me Invalid Registration.
For 2 days I've tried to get to Lava soft support web page to request a new unlock key. I have paid version Ad Aware 2007 Pro. I keep getting a message the support site is down. What is a gal to do? I need my Lavasoft Ad Aware 2007 Pro Registered so it fully functions. Any suggestions,is there a phone number ### anyone????????????

Edited to add I hope I have posted this to the correct forum. Thanks in advance.

What version of ad-aware do you have? Have you upgraded to Ad-Aware 2007?

This is the forum and they were down some this weekend, but the Support Center here is the one to use for paid versions:
http://www.lavasoft.com/support/supportcenter/

That site is up. Are you able to get in now to request the unlock key?

@SpySentinel, she has already posted that she has version 2007 Pro

sad.gifNo I can not get in...... I have the PAID Ad Adware 2007 Pro Version including a back-up CD just in case I had a problem like I am now. That will not work with the new Footprint of the NEW Hard Drive. This is what I have been getting for 3 days now. This is the ONLT site I can not access on the WWW . It is still down today. I have even tried other computers with other ISP. Anyone know how I can resolve this I have downloaded the Free Version just so I can have some piece of mind but I want to use what I paid for. I pasted below what I continue to get today mad.gif

Hi mayauntie,

Please check your messages (top-right corner of the forum) - I have sent you the contact details that you require.

Since you have a new PC configuration, you will need an "Unlock Key" from Support. The licensing system won't allow installation of the same license on two systems and it has detected that your PC has changed.

Open AAW 2007 and click on the "Register" button - it will display a "Hardware Fingerprint". When you contact Support at the address that I just sent to you, include this along with any info that you have from your original AAW 2007 Pro purchase (for verification purposes).

If you bought online but did not keep your purchase emails, log into the element5 Customer Care Center (there is a "forgotten password link") - inside you will find all of your purchase details.

Regards,

Spike

You're welcome May smile.gif

You should receive an auto-response fairy quickly followed by an actual Support response within a day or so.

Should you hear nothing at all after 2-3 days, please note this AAW 2007 FAQ: Why do I never get any emails or response from Lavasoft?

Spike,I did get an email with a new series of #####'s about 3 miles long from Support.Followed their instructions to the T but received 2 different ERROR messages after numerous attemps. I emailed them again with the new ERROR messages asking for a solution. I do have web-mail and I have them in my address book so replys do not go into spam. I still can't get past LOGIN on the Support Pages. Actually the response I did receive was the one the Web Master from their Newsletter forwarded on my behalf. He was one of my desperate original attempts at contacting them on this Issue. I'm still waiting for a resolution. Appreciate your help.

Hi mayauntie,

Some users login links were broken a while back during a database migration. At the Support Center login page, click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" link at the bottom.

On the next page, click on the "Forgotten password and changed email address? Please fill out this form" link
" and then follow the instructions.
