My server is at a data-center so I can access it only by remote desktop.
After installing Lavasoft Personal Firewall, the setup asked me to restart my computer, wich I did.
Now, when I start remote desktop and log in, Lavasoft says that I must returm to my previous session using the same account. (see screenshot in attachment)
But I have only 1 account (so it must be the same)
There are no other sessions alive (max sessions =2, and I can start 2 sessions, )
I cannot start Lavasoft, I cannot de-install Lavasoft (no access)
Lavasoft seems to be active (I think, because of the message I get)

How do I get control of my server again ?
I tried resetting all remote desktop-sessions, I restarted my server twice, nothing helps

I do not have a possibility to licence my Lavasoft Personal Firewall (same warning), what happens when the try-out period has passed?

Please help!

I found a backdoor and something strange:
In computermanagement > services, I couldn't stop the Lavasoft Personal Firewall Service, but I could disable it for "hardware profile 1"
When I restarted my server I could open LPF and adjust my settings.
Everything seemed to work fine.

Now the strange thing:
When I look now in the services > Lavasoft Personal Firewall Service:
Service is (still) disabled for profile 1
services status = Stopped (startup type = Automatic)
But Lavasoft Personal Firewall is working perfectly
Maybe it is because I set the component control level to disabled ? Is the service only for the component checking?

Any way it works fine for me now.
