I did an Ad-Aware update on 1/21/08. The next time I opened Ad-Aware, it was in a foreign language. I think it is French. Example: Mise a jour

I have Ad-Aware Free 2007. My operating system is Windows 2000. Should I uninstall and reinstall? I haven't tried downloading for fear this is a virus.

No it's not a virus, a handful of other users have experienced the same problem (don't know why because those settings have to be reset by hand), but here is the instruction on how to change it back to English:
