Hi,

I paid for a year of AdAware 2007, my computer crashed and I lost all my info.

I need to retrieve my log in name and password.

I had to re-register with a new log in / password just to get here.

Please direct me to a site, email address or link to get my paid information.

Thanks,

Greg Smith

Hi saint01,

1)

you should know that I cannot create a new password if I cannot log in with the missing information.

If you look at the log-in page for the Support Center (the link that I posted above), there is a "forgotten password" link - enter your email address and your Support password is emailed to you giving access to your account.

2)
QUOTE
the only error is that my computer crashed and I lost ALL my information for my 1 year paid subscription

If you bought online through element5, you can login to their Customer Care Center (again, there is a "forgotten password" link) where you can retrieve all of your purchase details.

3)

my issue is that I DO NOT HAVE AND CANNOT RETRIEVE my paid subscription log in / password due to a crash

The purchase emails recommend that you print out all of your purchase info/emails, etc - precisely for this kind of situation...

If you should encounter any difficulties with either of the first 2 links above, please post back.

Regards,

Spike
