Hello,

After I open Ad-Aware, I cannot click on the menu buttons. well, I can click on them but they do not work. The status button is automatically open and I can click on Main Status, Statistics and Log File. Clicking on the other menu buttons (Scan, Ad-Watch, Web Update, Tools & Plug-ins, Settings), nothing happens. I want to turn on the automatic update. My computer is an XP and I have Ad-Aware 2007 Plus. I hope someone can help me with this.

Not sure what your problem is - may be a corrupted installation.

As a licensed user of AAW 2007 Plus, you are entitled to paid, one-on-one support through the Support Center.

I would suggest logging-in with your email address and the password created during registration - give them as much detail as you can.
