I originally purchased Ad-Aware Professional Version 6.0 on 26-SEP-2003. I still have my invoice and order number. Until recently I HAD a support login for gaining access to updated versions of Ad-Aware SE Professional. Now I can no longer log in to the support page to download updated versions of the software as your website tells me my email address cannot be found.

I was forced to re-apply for forum access and I cannot access the support page for downloads as I receive the following in red: "We couldn't find your e-mail in our customer register. Please check spelling and try again."

I am currently running Ad-Aware SE Professional Build 1.06r1 and the installation executable is 6,565KB.

Your support center website states "Updates to Ad-Aware 2007 are now available for all valid SE licenses. Please log in to update."

So I ask, why is my copy of SE Professional not recognized as a "licensed" version and why can I not access the download link to get an updated version?

Thank you.
