I see that SE/Pro are being discontinued. Guess this means I should finally upgrade. <g>

However, the email I used (and communicated with M Bolton) to purchase the product, oh, a few years ago, is no longer in use. This means I cannot access the support centre.

Can someone PM me (Calamity?) with instructions on how to complete this?

Hi,

This is the forums not the Support Center so it is for user-to-user assistance (meaning Support Team doesn't really handle support requests in here). What you need to do is go through the Support Center, but there is a form available if your email address changed.

How many years ago did you purchase Ad-Aware and did you keep the renewal up to date annually?
