Day before i made a mistake of using the calender connected with the clock on my computer (with XP Pro loaded) to check a date in March of 2008 - when I turned the date back to the correct day and time - Ad Aware detected the change with a message saying - error number CCB-F requires contacting the author of the Ad Aware program to receive instructions on how to correct this problem. Seeking help on how to rid the pop up which in turn should allow normal operation of both Ad Aware programs to return to normal usage. Thank you.

Follow up to the question asked recently - this is the pop message I'm seeing which keeps Ad Aware-2007 from opening or operating

Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code CCB-F).

Checking what day a day in March 2008 fell on was the only reason I had for turning ahead and then back the calendar on my computor .

After waiting three working days for an answer to a problem I was told to contact the author of the program which is Lava soft and discovering - "Support" to just problems is plainly "ignore" I've deleted Adware2007 Plus that is totally useless. Noted another individual had a similiar problem weeks earlier with no answer.
Good luck in your future attempts.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

If any changes has been made to the system clock since you installed Ad-Aware then
Ad-Aware will produce the error message

This is a security measure built into the program to protect the license.
A user should not be able to change his clock to get additional time to his license.

You need to contact support through the Support center and ask them to send you a fixclock key.
If you have lost any time on your license because of this problem, please explain what has happened in the email and they will compensate you by adding on the lost time to your license.
