Recently upgraded $$ to Lavasoft plus and when doing a scan it freezes up about 95% thru the process.
Can NOT eliminate problems discovered. Have removed, and downloaded twice....Please HELP....normally your product works great...

Dear Egershon....
Welcome to the club! I too am having problems with the Plus...would be nice to have a phone contact to resolve these problems or at least have someone to respond to emails.... I think the support said 24/7??? I don't think so!!

The freezing issue on scanning error can vary and is usually some sort of problem on the user's system. The best place to get help is at the Lavasoft Support Center here (for paid users only - one to one email assistance with Support Team)
