Hi all,

I've just downloaded a Free Version Ad Aware software. i did the smart sacn it found 64 infection such as maleware virus etc. and then afterward i tick the box and removed them. couple hours later i did another scan using the full scan it found 164 infection so i tick the boxes and then choice the remove option again.

but the infection is still remain accrding to the third scan...


could some body please tell me after scan complete which option shell i use to get rid of those infection?

Are you still needing help? If so you might have infection resisting removal. Could you please download this free to tool create a diagnostic log:

* Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijac.../HJTInstall.exe
Doubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Press the Scan button below.
This will start the scan and open a log.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.
