Long while ago, i could not reinstall the firewall, i had so much trouble, then ihad to get a code from element 5, even after that i had problems, i did alot of talk in forums with calamity.
My firewall license is still valid, but after all the frustration, i bought the windows live one care and you can call and talk to a person.
are you able to call a person yet here?
do you have all thats offered with Windows Live one care? The firewall, phlishing filter etc, i do use adware plus but i have no updated my suscription.
My problem was install issues that we could never get resolved, i would get the icon at the bottom of screen but could never open it up as to change allowed sites etc.
So is there real people to talk to now?
