Hi there, this is my first time doing this so please bear with me!
I have been getting pop-ups from CiD and had exactly the same problems as another person who posted on here, so I followed 'gogo's' instructions to the letter, downloaded avenger and rebooted, after clicking fix in hijackthis: instead of getting the great result of the problem being fixed like the other person, I got this message:

Can anyone help me or tell me whether not this fixable etc please, and tell me how on earth these things got into my computer in the first place? I'm starting to get really p****d off with these pop-ups now. Thanks so much for your help.
