I can not get my new ad-aware 2007 and 2007 plus and firewall to work on my computer. I have e-mailed you before and I do not get a response. Is this the only way to communicate with you on support? I never received my backup disc that I paid for. If this is the limit to your support please refund my 109.00 dollars and I will move on
The program scan just says continuing and last for over 30 hours with no results.
