I have tried several avenues with your support staff to resolve this issue. I have hundreds of Windows XP Pro. clients running the Ad-Axis Client service that are not showing up in the management consolve on my Ad-Axis Server. This has been going on for 2 years. The only time you folks have replied to me with any sincere effort is around the time of my contract renewal and you want your money. Well, now's the time. Our support contract is up at the end of the month and I have no interest in renewing it as long as this software doesn't work. Your suggestions up to this point have been re-install the service. Well, that hasn't helped. And the one time that it did, the client promptly disappeared again from the server's client list. And I couldn't even get that to work a second time. I've tried posting this problem on the forums. This first time I posted it, I got no response and then the forums went away for ages. When they finally came back, my previous postings were all gone so I re-posted it. I got one brief reply after a week of nothing asking me a question. I answered the question and once again have heard nothing further. Then they archived my problem. The question, incidentally, was "have you been in contact with the support team?" Isn't that what a support forum is for? I then tried to submit my problem on the Lavasoft website using the "Technical Inquiries" form - although I've filled this out countless times and have gotten no help in the past. This time was no exception. After considerable effort to provide extensive details into my problem, I clicked submit only to receive a form error from the site. I tried multiple times but got nothing but this error. So that leaves me with no alternative but to return to the forum. If this support team does in fact exist, can you please have them call me (616-632-2105) or email me (ferratho@aquinas.edu) before the end of the week - June 30. By the way, I also sent you a request for quoting my support renewal over 2 weeks ago. No one responded to that one either, so I guess you don't want my money after all. If this is the case, please let me know and I'll invest in a product with legitimate support. Thanks.
