I don't know if you can help me, but when I try to use the WebUpdate it cannot retrieve any information.

I have downloaded the update manually now, but it is frustrating to have to do this reguarly. The WebUpdate has only stopped working recently and no firewalls seem to be blocking it.


I seem to have some sort of spyware or something at the moment, could that be stopping it?

Any help would be appreciated.
