I am seriously honked off about this! I get a prompt that I need to uninstall my current AA SE which I paid for back in February so I'd get Ad Watch too. I uninstall as directed. Download the new program. Unpack and install it. But it will NOT open. Nada. Thus I uninstall it and go back to Lavasoft's site, download yet again. Unpack and install the program. Again, NOTHING! It will NOT open!

I contact Technical Support. I get three geniuses who tell me I need to uninstall and reinstall it. Duh! I did just that!

Then I get an email asking me about my operating system. I'm using Windows XP. Never hear back from him.

Now what?????
