Download 7.0.2.3 and then you can upgrade to 7.0.2.5 through the program itself...

Korab is quite correct - there is usually a small time lag between the release of a Software Upgrade and it's availablity on download (and mirror) sites as a stand-alone executable installer.
AAW 2007 7.0.2.3 is currently the latest available executable on both Download.com and filehippo.com
