Full Version: Adaware Enterprise - Invalid Logfile

I have version 1.9.4.4 (build 28) of the Adaware Enterprise console running on a Windows 2003 server. I have installed the client on another Windows 2003 server and the installation shows in the console. However, whenever I initiate a scan I get a message in the console window saying Invalid Logfile.

Both servers have been restarted. I have done a repair installation on the client and restarted it. I have checked both servers are completely up to date with Windows updates etc... I have a number of other Windows 2003 servers on which the client is working fine and I have scanned these several times.

Hi John,

Unfortunately, this a user-based, peer-support forum and we get very few Enterprise Users in here.

Without wishing to seem unhelpful, I would suggest that as a Licensed user, it would be best to contact Paid Support ,as they would have the expertise in this particular product to be able to assist you.

No problem - thanks for taking the time to reply. I am trying to get in touch with paid support but I can't seem to register successfully on the website!

Hi John,

To log into Support you would need the email address used, and the password created, during the purchase process. The License database was migrated a little while back and a few of the log-in links were broken.
