I contacted Lavasoft Technical Support via email on the 27th of September and still no response.

Anyway, We use Websense to limit what sites can be browsed here in the office. Some computers have VIP access to the internet and can register Ad-Aware fine. When trying to register Ad-Aware on a computer that is blocked by Websense, the program comes back and says invalid serial. Is there a specific address the app uses to go out and register itself? I can then put that in the allow section of Websense so we can register Ad-Aware on those computers.

Thanks,

- Justin

Welcome to the Lavasoft Support Forum

If you are not getting replies to support center requests, it could be that your ISP is blocking our email. We have had a number of cases where we cannot get a reply out because the customer's ISP block the email as spam or other.

Try using a different email address using the Support page at the bottom to *Update your email address* and follow the instructions.
Those with a paid subscription to Ad-Aware who have changed e-mail addresses since purchasing the product, please fill out this form.
