I run the registration on the free version of Ad-Aware 2007 because I updated from Ad-Aware 2006 plus. It brings me to the screen where I choose Update SE liscense to Ad-Aware 2007 (plus) and then I put in the serial number I was given. It then comes up with a box asking to check online for verification. Then it says its invalid. What do I do?

Hi docsubdragon,
Firstly, make sure that you are choosing the correct license type/duration - if your email said to choose the "Update SE license to AAW 2007 Plus" (or Pro) then select that option - make sure to type the Serial in, rather than copy/paste. Otherwise select the correct option.
Keep trying for several attempts - there have been posts where users have advised that after, say 5 to 6 attempts, registration is suddenly accepted.
Should your Serial continue to be refused, please log back in to Support and email them with your problem, giving details such as purchase date, Serial, Ref etc.
They will then work with you to resolve the matter.
