Just a quick 'thank you' note to say that the lavasoftsupport.com site's pages seem to loading fine today. Having run a couple of sites myself, I know that these slowdowns may happen from time to time, sometimes without any apparent reason. I don't know what changed, but it's a welcome result.

I have always considered Lavasoft products to be the absolute best when it comes to combating spyware, in terms of both functionality and value. Let's all hope that these occasional problems in the product and the web site continue to be addressed and solved. Thank you!

Yes, it does appear to be fixed. And it does happen from time to time. I reported it to IT dept this morning it got resolved right away as I posted in this thread:

It was a different problem than the original (old) topic is why I closed it. It will most likely happen again sometime and I didn't want folks thinking it was an ongoing thing. Just a bug in the software database sometimes and they can usually find and fix it without much delay.
