You could use AnalogX CookieWall, which tells you whenever a new cookie is placed on your computer. It is a small utility which gives you the choice whether to accept, temporarily accept (and then delete when you leave the site) or never accept a cookie. In general, I accept cookies from places like my internet bank, ISP and other trusted sites. Other sites, I temp accept then delete when I leave. You can find CookieWall at
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/cookie.htmCookieWall will pop up a message about all the cookies that it finds on your system (including the two you mention). All you have to do is go through them, selecting Always Accept, Temp Accept or Never Accept. The first time you delete them, they may reappear once - put them in Temp Accept, then delete them from there. Have never had a problem with cookies since I installed CookieWall several years ago.
Hope this helps,
