I tried online to order the Ad-Aware Pro for one year. I pressed the next button. Page came back as "Done" but no email was sent to me, nor did the screen show a page where I could download the product. I pressed the next button twice, probably not a good idea. The screen showed "Done" all three times, but no product.

How can I receive the product I ordered?
