What: Open list of tracking cookies. Next right click on select box (not sure
which one) and select Family Description when error occurred.

I find myself with this same error:

when I try to clean up the infected files...ie cookies. I noticed that as the counter counts down to about 1/2 to 2/3 of the total...either I get this error or another saying something like the operation could not be completed...the fix...something to the effect of the files will be removed on startup.

What? What does that mean...system start up? Program start up?

I am trying to decide on this software with the Free addtion and had thought about buying the PLUS version, but I am finding the software buggy and I am concerned about spending money on something that does not work well.

I also am concerned about how I had to voice this, as a free version user, I could not LOG ON to SUPPORT and tell them of this error! AS I WAS INSTRUCTED to do by the software.

Is there a fix coming?

Same problem here in California. Running Windows XP SP2; Entire scan finishes but when I go to fix get error box that says:

COMPNOENT: TVirtualString Tree
MESSAGE: Acces violation at address 005382E2 in modulw 'Ad-Aware2007.exe'
READ OF ADDRESS: 0000000D

Any progress Tobias since september in getting a fix?
