I have AAW 2007 Plus running on Vista 32, bought at the beginning of August. The SN was entered succesfully, license status appears to be OK. I'm using the default Win Defender and firewall and one another antivirus (AVG). Whenever I want to start Ad-Watch, it doesn't load. Windows asks me, if I want to launch the program, but then nothing happenes. Is there any other registration required? The registration button in the program is still there. Or are there any problems running Defender and Ad-Watch parallely? I didn't find any problems in the Defender. I have really no idea anymore, what to do. Can somebody help, please?
Thnx

I had the same initial set-up problem, the workaround I used was this;
1) Un-Install AAW 2007 Plus.
2) Reboot
3) Go to Start Menu and click Run, In box type Regedit & hit return, then press & hold down [Ctrl] & [F] keys together, in popup Find box type; [AdAware] and delete any keys it finds.
4) Shut down both AVG (Grisoft) & Win Defender.
5) Now Re-Install AAW 2007, after install, reboot.
6) On boot up AVG may stop AAW 2007 from loading if this happens your only option is to Un-Install AVG & install AAW 2007 first then Re-Install AVG, it's a pain I know but I think it's AVG that is the reason for your dilemma and NOT Win Defender. dry.gif

By the way I'm Running Vista 32bit Ultimate c/w AAW Pro, Webroot SpySweeper with AntiVirus as well as the default Win Defender which still sometimes asks me when I open Ad-Watch tab if its safe to so, I think this is because Microsoft haven't updated the profile of Lavasofts' Software on thier TRUSTED LIST within Defender (possibly because they {MS} are trying to push their own various security products). Good Luck, Bazza
