Full Version: Scanning For Problems Or Infections

I've tried twice now using AD-Aware Personal to scan my computer for problems. However, both times after scanning for about 15 minutes, the word "Busy" comes up and the scanning stops making it impossible to get to the next step of cleaning up the problems or infections. It said I had about 500 "problems" before the word Busy came up...Could it be I have so many errors that the scan is unable to completely finish? If anyone can give me a tip or two on how I should proceed, I'd sure appreciate it...Thanks!

Let's get a diagnostic log from your system. We can use a free tool called HijackThis to create a log:
