I posted this topic a number of months ago with no satisfactory response. As it appears to have "dropped-off" I will try again.

I am running XP SP2 with Zone Alarm. If I have ad-watch running and try to log onto another account running concurrently the pc freezes and I have to switch it off and try again. If I don't have ad-watch running I do not encounter any problems.

I appreciate you must be operating some triage process but would expect some attention being paid to this issue bearing in mind it was raised a few months ago.

Hi, wairds
I had similar experience by using AW and Zone Alarm.
Try this un-install AAW2007>>delete all left over files manually >>
reboot your system>> disable Zone Alarm >> re-install AAW2007.
Now test AW without running Zone Alarm -- no problems ?
Than run ZA too and let us know what happens.
Cheers

Raziel,

Many thanks for your prompt response.

I followed your instructions and re-installed and started AW. I did not get as far as running ZA when the sign-on screen froze. I switched the pc off and re-booted without AW and have not had a problem.

Regards,

Wairds
