Okay. I REALLY REALLY REALLY need someone's help. To make a long story short, I downloaded some ActiveX Acess type thing, to watch a video. Okay, so I did this. But now, some 'VirusProtectPro' has been installed on my computer, and there's a flashing shortcut down where my tray icons and stuff are at. It randomly pops up telling me spyware has been found on my computer.
It just got worse..
Some window just popped up, telling me that I have the latest version of some spyware, and the syptoms were slow internet, slow processing, etc.
I think my whole problem is revolving around 'iesmn.exe,' I found a .dll file named eismn.dll, and it was in the ActiveX Acess folder, which I can't delete! I tried to end the iesmn.exe process in my Task Manager, but there's atleast 2 of them that I've seen.. and everytime I end it, it's either not ending or instantly spawning another one. I can't tell.
I'm posting here because I really would like help, I googled the problem, and this is a place that seems helpful and many other users have posted the same problem, I think.
I would really appreciate it if someone could personally help me with this issue.
