I just made a post last night, and received a reply from someone trying to be helpful (I think) suggesting I use Spysweeper. Other members with legitimate posts are experiencing the same thing (with one member constantly recommending Microsoft Defender). How do I ensure that my post receives attention from an experienced "helper"?

This forum has been a great help in the past, but getting responses from people who know little about problem solving are no help at all, and may prevent one of you from seeing the legitimate posts.

Thanks for reporting this - I took care of the extraneous posts as it does sometimes hinder efforts to get help with an infection problem.
