- those two infections only show up when run in safe mode
- CANNOT get rid of them
- CANNOT update the latest definition file(s) for the LS 2007 Plus account (both in normal mode and in safe mode) since I ran the scan in safe mode and those 2 infections were found (like a week ago)
- It said real-time protection is OFF 'ALL THE TIME' after last week!

Just now, I tried downloading the update file from the LS main website rather than making futile attempts using built-in web update feature.
However, I cannot open the update file (named: "core.aawdef"), and when I said 'Use the web service to find the appropriate programs,' I was given the link to that old forum link.

I definitely think something is wrong since I can't even open the update file.

I even tried looking for those registry keys in C:'s "regedit" but it ends at "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19_Classes\Network" rather than the paths in the log:
- "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19_Classes\interface\{59ebb576-ceb0-42fa-9917-da6254a*****}"
- "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19_Classes\interface\{67972704-3546-4e3d-ab46-e39dbae*****}"

Note: '*****' represents letters and numbers mix ; I've just left them out for security reason.

And I've little chance to locate this "HKLM Path : software\vendor" since it's not specific.

Hope I can hear back about the solution(s??) really soon!!!

No doubt I'm worried sick!
