I currently use Ad-Aware SE Professional and the Ad-Watch Monitoring feature. I think they are both great, especially the latter. I'm interested in upgrading to the newer versions, but I have 2 problems.
#1 - I'm a Hurricane Katrina refugee. I don't have the paperwork that I printed out when I bought Ad-Aware SE Pro. I don't have a license number or any of that stuff and I cannot log into Lavasoft to upgrade. I tried using my email address and the temporary password that I was emailed in 2005, but the system says it doesn't recognize my email address. I'd never done this in the past. I think it is either free or discounted since I already purchased Ad-Aware SE Pro. Are there any ways to find this info? I don't see a way to contact anybody from Lavasoft. If there's no discount or free upgrade, then I guess I'd just buy the newer version, but I don't think this is necessary.
#2 - I'm not sure which version to upgrade to. Which is comparable to what I currently have (just more updated). I don't think I need more features.
Very frustrated.
