I'm using Adaware 2007 Pro and used Version 6 Pro for a few years without any problems. But the 2007 Version seems to be a first alpha release but not a final one!.
The application itsself runs without problems. But the update manager is very boaring. Although it displays a checkbox for webupdates, the definition files can't be updated with the update manager. One always has to update it in the Adaware application. So you have to do unnecessary additional work. And then, after updating the definition file, the service shuts down immediately with an windows error message. After confirming this message the Adaware application shuts down because no lnger beeing connected to the service. And then, to ensure your definition file is really updated, you have to restart the Adaware application to see this. Thats no proper working for a long announced final release of an application being first class for years. I hope you will fix these issues.
