I have just tried to do an Adaware scan on the "system32" files, it detects 1 problem, then a winlogon error pops up and the computer immediately resets itself.
I often get a lot of pop-ups that I haven't been able to get rid of, leading me to believe there is an adware problem or similar.
I've got very little idea about the internal workings of computers, at the moment I am backing up important data onto external memory, and preparing for the worst.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
hey there user, i had this same problem, and after reading through some posts on some other support forums, i fixed this somehow, mind you i'm the most computer illiterate guy. but since lava support isnt helping you, i thought i might add my few cents. download vundofix.exe run that it got rid of a ton of stuff my virus scanner didnt pick up, i use mcafee by the way, and then after that , download and run combofix.exe after i downloaded those, run adaware scan in safe mode then everythign should work properly. hope that helps
