i tried reinstalling ad aware 2007 still not working

ive been using ad aware 2007 on vista since it was released with out any problems
i tryed a system restore still not working
and this comes up every time i double click on the desktop shortcut
ive tryed compatibility mode and more

please can anyone help?

I think the problem is that since Ad-Aware 2007 is technically not Vista compatible, thats why you are having problems.
What other security software are you running on your system?

i tryed it on my xp desktop and same thing it just wont start

it worked fine last week, it scaned and updated perfectly

but i can't find a way to remove all traces of ad aware 2007

can any one give me a list of all of the files ad aware 2007 creates, so that i can remove ad aware 2007, and reinstall it?

SOLVED IT!!!!

i solved the problem. it was a DEP setting.
i remember changing DEP settings and it was after that ad aware 2007 would not work

i accedentaly changed the setting from "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"
to
"Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those i select:"

so i changed the settings back to the default and now it runs perfectly.

sorry for my mistake

this also solves most StackHash problems with other programs!
