im sure this is the wrong place but im about to give up

after buying ad aware pro and firewall i started using the ad aware pro and even upgraded to ad aware 2007 no probs

as for the fire wall...ive never recieved anything todo with it

no e-mail with a serial or anything

on the support website i can log in to be told i have a years firewall paid (2 months wasted now) but no cd key to download

nothing was eaten by my spam filter and nothing where i can login to lava soft gives me the serial

i can download the firewall as it ses i have paid for it but when i install it i have the unpaid version with no way of using what ive paid for


after more e-mails and requests forhelp than i can remember ive had no replies atall and am now asking paypal to get my money back

can anyone actualy help in the slightest?

Please file a support request via the Support Center.

We have no way to track individual support requests here in the public forum

Log in to the Support Center using the email address and password you registered with and then click on the "Support" link as shown below:
