After carefully following those steps explained here http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=660 I still get pop ups opening. The URLs end in .c.la and ad aware didn't detected it. Here is my HJT log:

I hope you can find the problem. It doesn't seems to be a big threat, as it is ads but it's kind of annoying and I wouldn't take any chance

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

Navigate to and delete next file:

C:\Windows\system32\isys32.exe

well, I will probably see next day after running my computer all the night if there is IE pop ups. I didn't got any since I did what you told me though
