Can someone give me the a straight answer as to the time frame of AdAware SE Plus. Did we get a lifetime upgrade or not when we bought our product? Thank you.

I agree (to some extent) I've been using AAse+ for years (and years).... When I bought it I was told I'd have life time of free upgrades.
I get free signature updates and have with ver 1.06r1..... As well as upgrades....
So if I buy AA 2007 I no longer get free upgrades?
What about signature upgrades? ........ How long will I get free signature upgrades?

You know I wouldn't mind paying for 2007 if the free version upgrades would go on from there, but Why should we buy 2007, when we've already paid, and been promised, free upgrades for life or get the free version?
What's the incentive now, with so many good free malware programs out there now?

I like and use AAW+ and would pay once more for 2007 as long as I got to keep the life time of ugrades (and signatures) as I've been using AAW since it was available.... I know it takes money to keep things running, but keeping promises to your long time customers is important as well....
It shows newer customers you can be trusted and keep good to your word.....

The date that you purchased AAW will be the main issue - hopefully you have retained details of your purchase (if you bought on-line through element5, you can access your original purchase data here: element5 Customer Care Center?
