I get prompted to upgrade on the client machines, but when I follow the logon I can successfully access the Lavasoft web site, but when I try to do a version upgrade using my email or order ID, I am told that no upgrades are available.
How is a fully licensed customer supposed to do an upgrade????

Hello Tom,
The Ad-Aware 2007 version for Enterprise isn't available yet so I'm not sure why you are getting an upgrade prompt.
Please try contacting the Support Center where you can get direct help via email from the Support Team
