i got the firewall a few months ago & it would not install so lavasoft give me a few extra months key code & i installed it on my dads 32bit xp pro.

but i would like the firewall on my x64bit pro sp1 asap

so is there any news yet on the update ?? or a new firewall yet for us x64 bit pro user's ?????.

if not why not.

i have done that a month ago but i am just asking if anybody wants a update on if lavasoft are going to release a x64bit copy/ program soon ?.

I have downloaded v2 but no luck it says it is for x86 /32bit o/s only ;-( poor show again by lavasoft.

Yes, indeed it says. I also viewed this PDF prior to purchasing my copy of Lavasoft Firewall 2.0 Yet the file I received, (and I can still download that and nothing else by logging in) says it's only for x86. I have contacted both your tehcnical support and sales support, using your support form. Now, I'm starting to wonder if those forms work at all since I've got no reply , not even a genereted DO NOT ANSWER THIS from noreply@whatever.net. I'd like to get an explanation please. A working product or a complete refund is also required. I'd hate to take the matter to consumer officials and lawyers...

Did you log in to the Support Center and check your license info to see if it is correct. Is there an updated version available for you to download in the Support Center

If you did not use the Support Center, where did you download your version from (what URL) and can you provide specifics on the version/build# you are using?

same here, i have downloaded & tested both Download Software (v2.0) Download Older Version (v1.0) but no luck !! ;-(

Log in and download
http://www.lavasoft.com/support/supportcenter/

To download your software, log in, go to 'Your licenses'.
This will list your licenses and you will find the download links below each valid license.
Click the link and save it to your hard drive.
