I have been writing Lavasoft for days about this issue and the only reply to date is to turn off my antivirus when I enter my key. I explained that I just installed a new hard drive and reinstalled the Xp Home operating system and therefore the key was NFG.
You customer support is extemely slow and I'm sure if you had a real phone that could be called this issue would of been resolved in a matter of minutes.
I 'm unisng my PC all the time and the Ad Aware Plus that I purchased from you on June 12 07 hhas not been fully active ever since.
Hopefully I human from Lavasoft will read this and help me out. I even offered to supply the receipt for the new hard drive I had to install.
This is no way to run a business. Hopefully Lavasoft will return as a great company but at this time your not topps in my book!
