Hello all,
I'm reporting some bugs when updating def file in my Ad-Aware Free version.
Operating system is Windows 2000 Profressional with SP4.
1) Updating seems to start ok when I click UPDATE but when downloadig is finished I'm receiving
following first worning "AASERVICE.EXE CAUSED AN ERROR AND WILL BE CLOSED.PLEASE RESTART
PROGRAM", programs ends and I need to restart it to see audating details.
2) After this messasage I'm receiving a second worining: "SERVICE ERROR 6000 HAS OCCURRED
DESCRIPTION: LOST CONNECTION WITH AD-AWARE SERVICE. TERMINATE GRATEFULLY"
3) My actual ref file version is 0006.0000 and seems the last one but last update date is reported as
June 15, 2007 instead of today July 1st, 2007
4) Ad-Aware version is reported as 7.0.1.4 and I believe this is well updated
Sorry for my multiple questions but I prefered posting just one messages instead more and more posts.
